The Brief:

Realise TPS’s creative ambition for a premium look and feel alongside a sustainable store environment.

Ensure fixtures, packaging, and delivery methods reduced environmental impact across the board.

Validate designs through prototyping and stakeholder approvals before installation.

What we did:

Partnered with TPS to translate the creative direction into a fully engineered, sustainable fixture kit.

Specified sustainable and recycled materials, including recycled-content worktops and Greencast® recycled acrylic elements.

Replaced traditional packaging (bubble wrap and polythene) with 100% sustainable packaging solutions.

Managed logistics as a single delivery to site to reduce transport emissions.

Converted back-of-house shelving to fully recycled board, extending sustainability beyond customer-facing areas.

Verified the fixture and logistics approach through the POPAI Sustain® tool for independent environmental measurement.

Prototyped, tested, refined, and delivered the full fixture package to site.

Once approved, the designs were taken into manufacturing, where our in-house team produced every fixture with precision and consistency.

Finally, we managed the full delivery and installation, coordinating logistics to make sure each element landed on time and fitted seamlessly into the store environment.
