Forest of Eyes

The Conran Shop sought a concept for their Chelsea and Marylebone store windows to promote their outdoor collection and to coincide with London Craft Week.   

From here the collaboration of dreams was formed. They partnered up with talented artist Yinka Ilori who brought the creative vision and LG OLED for technology together with we.are.sdi for technical detail & delivery to bring the experience to life.  

The creative output utilised a vivid colour palette and a playful use of technology, supporting Yinka’s vision of ‘A beacon of hope and optimism for the future’.  Animated on a psychedelic loop, the giant, kaleidoscopic eyes watch you as you pass, with pupils melting into blossoming flowers, and blinking into joyful explosions of colour mesmerising visitors.  

A true fusion of art, technology and design.
