Hair & Beauty Luxury Salon

Harrods asked us to partner with them on the creation of a Hair and Beauty luxury salon experience. The Harrods team had some early concept mood imagery and packaging, which provided a foundation for the creative vision.

With the space compact, customer journey mapping was imperative to ensure the sense of arrival through to the delivery of their treatment or purchase embodied the Harrods standard throughout.

We created an elevated, but still commercially flexible, kit of parts with a relaxed and confident approach to luxury. An elegant and natural blush materiality was enhanced by warm & soft complimentary illumination all bringing to life the soft organic curves chosen for the architecture.
