As Boots’ trusted partner, they approached us with an existing design to bring the Mothercare proposition into their retail setting, that they were having some challenges executing to the standard that would be reflective of the two renown brands.

Working within the principles of the existing concept our team workshopped & prototyped the design, offering both brands advice on how to evolve the concept experientially and practically, so that it could safely and successfully be implemented into the Boots setting.

The final solution delivers a refined experience that guides customers through the journey of an infant, right from the lifestyle shop window which forms the entry point, through to the three key product areas of fashion, travel, and essentials, in a way that presents Mothercare at Boots as the ultimate Baby destination.
